1 Acceptance & Agreement

By accessing or using the act67 platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

act67 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2 Definitions & Terminology

The meanings of certain key terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Platform" refers to act67's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" refers to any person who holds a registered account on act67.
• "Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus or other promotional benefits offered by act67.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into the user's account.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be bet in order to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on act67, the user must be at least 21 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. In such cases, act67 reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

• An account is entirely personal and non-transferable.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential.
• The account must not be made available for use by any third party.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to act67 support immediately.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a safe and reliable platform, act67 reserves the right to verify the identity of every user. Submission of identity documents may be required before processing a withdrawal request or for transactions above a certain amount.

Identity verification may typically require a photo of a national ID card or passport, along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.

5 Welcome Bonus Terms

The act67 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳13,000.

To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Note that the wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• The welcome bonus applies once per user only.
• After claiming the bonus, the wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• There may be betting restrictions on certain games when using the bonus.
• It is not possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time.

6 Bonus Abuse & Restrictions

Using the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage — such as creating multiple accounts, following coordinated betting methods, or engaging in any other form of manipulation — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all bonuses along with any associated earnings will be forfeited.

7 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently available for depositing funds on act67 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

When making a deposit, ensure that the mobile banking number matches your registered details. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

• Deposited amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
• No additional fees apply to deposits.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

8 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account is fully verified and has no restrictions.

• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• There may be a window within which a withdrawal request can be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met, only the deposited amount may be returned.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

The act67 VIP program has a total of five tiers. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular participation and activity. act67 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

14 Limitation of Liability

act67's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or other unintentional causes on the platform. Users use this platform at their own risk.

act67 bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from gambling. Users are encouraged to play responsibly and within their own financial means.

15 Privacy

act67's decision in resolving a dispute, reached after impartial review, will generally be considered final.

20 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between act67 and the user. Any prior verbal or written understandings are superseded by this document.

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally invalid, the remaining clauses will continue to remain in effect.
